Our Brac rental property is situated in Postira, Island of Brac - a beautiful and unspoilt fishing village on the Island of Brac.
The Island of Brac is just a 45 min ferry boat journey from Split centre - ferries/car ferries are frequent in summer, approx every hour.
The village of Postira enjoys 5+restaurants and a number of bars all of which thrive in the summer months though are never loud or noisy. Fresh caught fish can be bought from the fishing boats in the morning.
Opposite Illyria, in the summer months, there is a fantastic family owned konoba (or restaurant) that make all their own wonderful fresh food and wine - a great place to relax after a hard day's relaxing and just shuffle the 20 seconds home to bed.
Postira is a good base from which to explore the rest of Brac and the other Dalmatian Islands.
Brac enjoys many secluded beaches including the beautiful sandy beach of Lovrecina, just over 2km from Illyria.
